Permitted purpose

Materials offered through this storefront are intended only for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical evaluation, method development, reference, and other lawful non-clinical work.

Prohibited use

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, food use, household use, or any other in-vivo or clinical application. The storefront does not provide dosing, administration, treatment, or medical guidance.

Buyer attestation

The buyer must be at least 21 years old, qualified to handle the materials, and acting for a lawful research purpose. The buyer must provide accurate account, company, destination, and intended-use information and must not attempt to bypass eligibility controls.

Handling and disposal

The buyer is responsible for appropriate facilities, training, personal protective equipment, storage, containment, documentation, transport, and disposal based on the material and planned research. Product documentation does not replace an institution-specific risk assessment.

Analytical reports and lots

A testing-report library may show source-backed report summaries, including failed or incomplete results. A listed report does not make a product or physical lot saleable. Only a passing, rights-authorized, site-scoped, SKU-scoped, physical-lot record that has completed the release process may appear as a released public lot document.

Enforcement and support

Research Grade Laboratories LLC may request additional information, refuse or cancel an order, restrict an account, or preserve records when necessary to enforce this policy or applicable law. Support cannot provide human-use instructions. Compliance questions may be sent to hello@researchgrade.io.
